Where you are not able to complete a hire due to a mechanical issue or bad weather, the provider will issue you with a pro rata credit for the amount you have paid in the form of a gift voucher, valid for 3 years and fully exchangeable and transferable. The amount will be pro rated based on the percentage of your completed hire hours .
You will be picked up from your nominated location within the Sydney Metro area, and dropped back off after the ride.
