★★★★★ ★★★★★ OK and Good but Product Selling Start to Finish Alexander 10 October 2018 First experience for me to attend one of these sessions of male grooming and treatments as it was presented to me as a gift. I enjoyed the pampering as expected but who wouldn't and the staff were lovely. The feeling I got as soon as entering the premises and meeting the reception was pleasant however was apparent right from the start that the agenda was to promote the products being used and to push for sales of these products and future treatments. That said I was still able to shove that distraction aside whilst I enjoyed the session. Even now as I was asked by email to submit a review I still had the electronic push to purchase more deals on the way to find the review area. I personally prefer to ask for something rather than be bombarded by sales pitch and offers. Would I go back probably not as I don't need that type of service and can find better value of products suitable for me elsewhere.

After the massage you get your haircut and the hairdresser are incredibly friendly and know exactly what they are doing. Will be going again!
