Get behind the wheel of an F1 style Formula Ford race car for a two and a half hour high speed driving experience. After a safety briefing and expert instruction from professional race car drivers, gear up in your race suit, helmet and boots before strapping into the six point racing harness.

Sitting just inches above the track, you'll feel every turn, bump and acceleration as you take control of the highly responsive race car. Hear the roar of the engine just behind you as you power around the track, putting your driving skills and speed to the test across 10 exhilarating laps. With professional guidance throughout, you'll build confidence and push your limits with every lap. Tea, coffee and water are also provided during your experience.

This experience is two and a half hours in duration
Available daily from 8am to 4pm
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience start

Guidelines

Bookings are essential and subject to availability
Minimum age is 16 years old
Maximum weight is 120 kilograms
Minimum height 155 centimetres and maximum of 188 centimetres
Participants must have "P" standard manual driving license and be able to operate a manual gearbox
Participants will be required to sign an indemnity accepting liability for any damage to the car
Not suitable for pregnant women or those who suffer from certain medical conditions

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
This experience is strictly nonrefundable

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of one participant per vehicle.

Spectators

Spectators are permitted to watch from a viewing areas.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Please wear clothing suitable to weather conditions on the day, including long pants and closed to shoes as these are mandatory. Please also bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and socks.

Great experience to do, not great to watch

Got this for my husband, he enjoyed the experience, I went as a spectator. Be prepared to wait around for 20 mins before any track action as you are not allowed in the briefing. After that you are provided with no seating or coverage and are expected to stand in a field with minimal visibility to the track. With the amount I paid for this you’d expect they’d be able to build a little grandstand for spectators to sit in and watch. I also was not offered to come over and take a photo with my husband as he finished his laps, every other group was. So yeah not a great experience for the amount of money they ask for, also note that if you cause damage to the car this is your responsibility as said in the briefing.

Purchased this experience for my partner's birthday - he had an absolute ball! Really well run, spectators were well looked after and lots of opportunities to take photos and videos. Awesome group of people running it and happy to answer any questions

Such an amazing and thrilling experience for those who love adrenaline. Despite having to reschedule the experience due to covid, it was well worth the wait. I originally had the 10 lap experience although purchased the extra 10 laps which was the best decision as it takes a few laps to get comfortable and know the car and track. Highly recommend having a go of these amazing cars.
