Step into new worlds and an epic adventure with these immersive escape rooms where you'll experience heart-racing real-life games. Offering 6 differently themed rooms, each with an exciting and different mystery to solve, puzzles and decor.

This experience is open everyday, excluding some public holidays
Timeslots starting every 90 minutes
Please allow 90 minutes for the experience including a briefing, 60 minutes to escape the room and photoshoot after

Tuesday: 10.20am - 7:30pm
Wednesday: 10.20am - 7:30pm
Thursday: 10.20am - 7:30pm
Friday: 10:20am - 10:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-10:00pm
Sunday: 8:50am - 6:00pm

Hours subject to change. Not available on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year Day. Availability on other Public Holidays is subject to change.

Guidelines

No physical skill required
Suitable for all abilities including participants with disabilities
Appropriate for ages 7+
There must be a participant 15+ due to safety and the challenging nature of some of the puzzles

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Escape room was very fun

We were both a bit sceptical at first when we received this voucher. Thankfully we decided to give it a go anyway and were very pleasantly surprised. We did the Alice room and it was super fun. Would highly recommend.

I thought it was great. The initial briefing was difficult to hear as they had multiple teams going into seperate rooms. It was a lot of fun and challenging.

Simply put, Redballoon is a fantastic way to give a flexible gift. Similar to gift cards, but specifically designed around experiences which in my opinion: are far better and more thoughtful gifts. The escape room was challenging and fun. Well thought out and friendly staff to welcome us to the experience.
