Join a half day cruise where you can observe the resident Dolphins and Seals from the comfort of the boat, don't forget this is a combined cruise so some of your friend or family can book as swimming passengers and you can all enjoy this amazing activity. The tour commences with an introductory on board safety briefing, then cruising out into beautiful Port Phillip Bay, past the amazing cliff top mansions out into the sheltered shallows in search of the resident dolphins and seals. The onboard guides will help you to get the best look whilst sharing information and insight into the famous residence. You don't need to bring a thing, your ticket is all inclusive so you can make your self a hot drink, get a snack from the cafe and relax in the sun with lunch and admire the view. Tours depart from Sorrento Pier twice daily.

Guests have been enjoying the 94% success rate of sighting the dolphins, but it must be appreciated that there are no guarantees or refunds regarding sightings as they are wild animals. In the event that no dolphins are sighted you can travel again for free. Please note this tour is combined with the three hour swim tour so swimming guests will be onboard this cruise.

Guidelines

Dolphins and seals are wild and free to swim wherever they wish, there is a high probability that you will see dolphins and seals, however this cannot be guaranteed
Dolphin guarantee, if you don't see dolphins you can come back for free
Please note this tour has a combination of swimmers and sightseers
This is a seasonal experience, available from October to May only
Please book at least one to two weeks in advance of your preferred date

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

They stuffed up my booking

Didn’t get to go on the dolphin cruise as I apparently booked a time they never run the sessions for! Both the charter people and red balloon blamed each other, yet I can STILL book for the same time next weekend!!! Now I’m waiting for a near $300 refund for something was an absolute waste of a 3 hr drive!

We decided to take our Grandson who had just turned 10 on the Dolphin and seal trip as he loves the seal life and the enviament. He had not been on a boat before and we thought it best to surprise him and then he would not have time to think and worry about it. Once we got to the Wharf in Sorrento which was the departing area for the 3 hour cruise on the Moonraker. We all had an amazing time and Jesse our Grandson said it was a day he would never forget. A wonderful family outing. Jesse took the photo's his first time using a camera.

The crew was super Friendly and let me upgrade to swimming for my husband on the day. We saw a lot of dolphins close up plus got very close to the seals and my husband was able to swim multiple times. Overall well worth the price and amazing experience.

Hi. The cruise company sent you an email to say that they cancelled the tour 3 days prior to departure due to expected high winds. I have not heard from RedBubble in regards to a refund or a credit. 2 Afterpay payments of $43 have already been deducted from my account. Please contact me.
