Enjoy a restorative wellness package in Five Dock, where three soothing therapies unfold over up to three hours to leave the body and mind feeling renewed. Begin in the detoxifying infrared sauna, letting the gentle heat open the pores, ease tension and get the blood gently flowing.

Next, settle into a hand built Himalayan salt room, breathing deeply in air rich with negative ions, said to support the lungs, calm the mind and lift the mood. Finally, drift into the floatation tank, where an hour suspended in warm Epsom salt water shuts out sound and light for a state of deep, weightless calm. Between sessions, unwind with a complimentary organic tea and a small snack, with ear plugs, shampoo and a towel all provided. It is an easy, indulgent way to slow the pace and give the gift of true relaxation, a chance to emerge feeling lighter, healthier and thoroughly renewed.

Feeling super chilled and relaxed

I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never had detoxing treatments before. The whole experience was lovely. the Towels and robes were fluffy the seating was comfy and the staff were welcoming. I was given a detox shot of green juice before the sauna with lot of water available which was great. The float tank was a really cool experience i was so surprised to find out id been in there for 50 minutes it felt like 10. By the time I'd got to the Salt room i was super relaxed and was nodding off reading a book.

I drove across Sydney through flooded streets to be warmly welcomed at Saltuary where I enjoyed the salt therapy room, detoxing infrared sauna and magical floatation tank - I loved looking at the twinkling lights on the ceiling of the floatation tank - they were hypnotic. Everything was carefully explained thoughtfully provided, including comfy robes, towels, drinks, special potions for both the sauna and the floatation tank. The staff were an absolute delight and made the whole experience truly wonderful. I look forward to my next visit.

Mum and I attended a three part session at Saltuary. The experience included salt room, infrared sauna, and floatation tank. We had a fabulous time for each experience and felt so relaxed at the end of it. The ladies at the Saltuary were so lovely and explained everything in detail. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend. Thank you.
