Dress Code

There are no rules about what to wear when attending the opera. It is always great fun to dress up for the occasion and make a glamorous night of it, but dressing up is not mandatory.

Tickets will be available from the venue box office 1 hour prior to the performance start time.

  • Cameras and other recording devices are prohibited in the venue's auditorium.
  • Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the venue’s auditorium until there is a suitable break in the performance.
  • Please note: These are B Reserve tickets for stalls/circles. They will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
  • Book early to avoid disappointment
  • Not valid for performances of My Fair Lady

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

Rescheduling

  • 48 hours or more prior to the experience date, an $18 per ticket fee to change the experience date and time 

 Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals:  Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
