What a beautiful 102 year old ship. Heaps of charm about this ship. The crew were fantastic and the trip to Goat Island was eye opening. Our guide, Ruth, whilst possibly a bit new to this tour nonetheless had heaps of info about Sydney's birth. Truly memorable for all the right reasons. 10 out of 10.

Staff were all keen to share so much knowledge, they were funny and helpful and generous with their time. The Goat Island tour was a rare treat - luckily it had stopped raining but it would have still been great anyway. The appetisers, drinks and lunch were tasty - but the warm brownie topped it all off wonderfully. Many, many thanks to the crew, but especially the tour guides - best experience in a long time - do not miss your opportunity to relive some of Sydney's history.

The boat arrived late, we did not get lunch as they had run out (happens often apparently!), and then to make up time, they chopped out time on the water after the island walk, for us to then sit waiting outside Circular Quay for 1/2 an hour for our spot on the wharf; during which time the bar was also closed. We were very disappointed, and very hungry and did not consider this good value for money (around 12-15 people missed out on lunch, out of a group of 50).

We got to walk all over the island and our guide was very informative and interesting to listen to. Lots of history here and it was all extremely interesting. Just a pity the island is not used for anything much anymore. A huge home on the hill lies empty and would be a fantastic reception house. Money could go to help preserve the rest of the island.

The only disappointment was we thought we were going on the Tall Ship as that is what is said on out voucher. We didn't know there had been a change till one of the tour guides told us at the end off the trip. Two people nearly missed the tour as they were waiting for the Tall Ship.
