• This is a half day experience, approximately five hours and 30 minutes in duration
• Please arrive at the pickup location 10 minutes early to allow time for check in
• Tours depart Adelaide at 10am and return at approximately 3.30pm
• Tour operates on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

• Minimum age of four years and over
• BYO picnic lunch permitted
• Meals are not included but are available to purchase onsite
• Private group tours available upon request, at an additional rate
• Child rate is ages four to 15; adult is 16 years and over
• Koala experience is not guaranteed and can be cancelled at the discretion of the park for koala welfare management
• Wheelchairs are available on request at Cleland Wildlife Park; due to space restrictions, the bus is unfortunately unable to carry any wheelchairs
• The experience provider may alter a tour or service at any time prior to departure due to, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, safety considerations, park closures, or unforeseen circumstances outside of its control

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of four and a maximum of 13 participants.

In extreme weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Please wear weather appropriate attire, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses, and bring a camera and a small, lightweight backpack for personal items.
