Clay Target Shooting with Live Ammo

Highlights

  • Use real 12 gauge shotguns to shoot clay targets
  • Tuition from expert instructors, most of whom are part of the Australia Olympic Shooting team
  • No firearm license or experience needed

Join Olympic shooter and gold medalist Suzy Balogh and her wonderful team for a shooting range experience that will leave you feeling exhilarated! This session allows you to practice hitting moving clay targets with real 12 gauge shotguns and live ammo.

What's Included?

  • 90 minute shooting session
  • One-on-one instruction from qualified staff
  • All equipment
  • Safety briefing
  • Autographed clay target from Suzy Balogh to take home

Upon arrival at the outdoor shooting range, you'll fill in all the necessary forms and get kitted up in your shooting jacket, safety glasses and earplugs. You'll then be run through a comprehensive safety briefing which covers how to handle the gun safely, how to hold it and how the ammunition works. You will then fire at clay targets from safety frames with one-on-one instruction from expert instructors, many of whom are part of the Australian Olympic Shooting team. Begin with easy single incoming targets, and once your aim gets better and you feel more confident, the targets will become harder to shoot. Doubles, pairs, outgoing and crossing targets will reveal who is the best and most accurate shooter. As a memento of your session, you'll take home an autographed clay target.
