Join the Head Distiller for a behind the scenes tour of the Mornington Peninsula's top distillery, Chief's Son. Learn about the distilling process, discover bold and distinctive whiskies during a unique tasting and steal away a 100ml bottle of whisky from the cask.
Renowned for its complex, smooth and full-flavoured styles of award-winning whisky, Chief's Son Distillery is one of the largest family-owned and operated distilleries in Australia and the only whisky distillery on the Mornington Peninsula. Immerse yourself in this vibrant distillery during a guided tour with the Head Distiller, where you'll learn about the distilling process from malt to maturation, how their whiskies are crafted and how they source the ingredients and barrels. Sample four of their unique single malt whiskies and take home a 100ml bottle of whisky from the cask. Each tasting is tailored to your knowledge and level of interest, making it a truly personalised experience.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
