Get ready to get a whole lot cheesy with founding Udder Delights cheese maker, Sheree Sullivan. This fun, hands-on class will introduce you to the wonderful world of cheese in the heart of the German-style town of the Adelaide Hills, Hahndorf. Over the class, you'll be taught how to make feta, how to use the same recipe to make camembert and how to turn the whey into ricotta. You'll take home your delicious bundle of feta that you whipped up yourself, as well as comprehensive notes provided on the day. You'll also enjoy a cheese and wine masterclass and coffee and cake, and you can pick your favourite Udder Delights cheese to take home as a gift. Just remember to clear out your fridge beforehand!

Easy cheesy

What made our day memorable? An interesting and entertaining presenter in a lovely venue. A delicious cheese platter and wine with varieties of both wine and cheese I’d not tried previously. My handmade block of feta to take home, as well as an Udder Delights Truffle Camembert and a wealth of cheese-making knowledge. What more could you ask for.
