• No minimum age limit, however, children must weigh a minimum of 25kg to fit safely into the harness
• Participants must sign a waiver prior to the experience
• Maximum weight of 150kg per person, with a maximum combined weight of 200kg for two
• Maximum of 3pax on Giant Swing at any one time
• Minimum weight for solo Giant Swing is 55kg and maximum combined weight is 200kg
• Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy
• 1x spectator per activity participant

• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This is an all weather experience. In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Please wear comfortable clothing and secure shoes such as trainers. Alternatively, participants are welcome to go barefoot.

1x spectator per paying participant travels free. Operates in all weather except cyclonic conditions.
