Melissa 13 March 2024 I purchased our passes via RedBalloon and found the process and instructions easy to follow and a breeze to complete. Booked our experience a few days before going (as per RedBalloon recommendation). On arrival at Cairns Aquarium they had all our details and checking in was easy. I had been before and absolutely love the aquarium. It was a new experience for my kids and grandkids and they all loved it! My 5 and 7 year old grandsons had a fantastic time and were kept entertained and interested for most of the 3 hour visit. Those with kids will appreciate the significance of this. Once again a truly fantastic visit and I'm seriously considering getting myself an annual pass. I find the aquarium a tranquil and informative place to visit. The exhibits and wildlife have always appeared in excellent condition and the staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly. One of my favourite places to visit.
