Average dining experience Angelo 2 November 2023 Cameron, our tour guide at the aquarium, was fantastic, and we learned a lot from his extensive knowledge. However, during our dining experience, we encountered an issue with Ryan. Initially, he wanted to seat us near the coffee machine and cashier, which wasn't ideal as the main attraction was the aquarium view. Fortunately, he eventually moved us to a better table. However, he imposed a limited dining time of just one hour, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. This time constraint was not the best experience for both my partner and me.

We were collected very early in the morning by one of the drivers and taken to meet the other bus where we were transported to our balloon departure location (with a toilet and coffee stop before take off), we watched as they assembled and inflated the balloon and then they loaded us carefully into the basket and off we went! It was such an amazing relaxing experience, something anyone can do! On landing we helped pack up the balloon and basket and then had a champagne and some delicious snacks. Thank you for helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary!

We were in a small group of maybe 10 and had the whole aquarium to ourself with our own person guide. The dinner was average! Even though we booked in advance we were sat on the balcony away from the aquarium window. The staff was quite rude when I asked to be near the aquarium window. The dinner was average, so average in fact that I wouldn’t return, definitely not worth the money you pay!
