Drop in at venues such as Stone and Wood, Wandana Brewery or Seven Mile Brewery in Ballina. Common people brewing and Lord Byron Distillery or Cape Byron Distillery or Husk distillery. Each locale provides a distinct atmosphere and array of booze that will get your tastebuds tingling. Enjoy a tasting paddle of the latest beers and spirits being produced at each stop and learn how the magic is made from the masters themselves. Byron Bay is the ideal destination for the beer and spirit culture to thrive and the coast and beautiful hinterland that surrounds Byron makes for the perfect backdrop as you sip on a drink. All Three Breweries were terrific

From being picked up by Edward exactly on time to all three breweries, the afternoon was one to remember. We were looked after very well by the staff at the breweries taking us through the tastings with stories and great knowledge of how the gin/rum & beer was made. We had great company with us, enjoyed speaking with our new friends from the UK and also a great couple from Grafton.

We had such a fun afternoon. The guide was great and really welcoming. We weren’t massive beer drinkers but we were able to substitute beer for wine, cider and seltzer’s. We did find a new love for sour beers though! Had never heard of them before. We partied on with the group after the tour also. Definitely recommend Behind the Barrel :)

Not like any other brewery or distillery tour. Well worth your money with amazing service by the owner himself, amount of quality drinks and food. My partner and I (18-19) had so much fun, definitely a memorable experience!

We Kicked things off at Lord Byron Distillery and Had a tour of the distillery while tasting their spirits on off, Followed by Stone and Wood Brewery, Byron Bay brewery for Lunch and Seven Mile Brewery. Jarryd was a Great guide and super knowledgeable about the Byron area. He gave us some great recommendations on Byron Bay and surrounds. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
