Out on the water for just over an hour with Janae(sorry if the spelling is wrong), as our captain, guide and teacher. She was full of information on the areas history, as well as the oyster knowledge. We learnt so much in a short time. If we researched it more to start with, we probably would have upgraded to include the oyster tasting. Great experience! The guide was very knowledgeable and informative as to the process of cultivating the pearls. I hadn't realised before how lengthy the whole process was.
