Guidelines

• A rug, a basket and reusable equipment are not provided
• Please advise of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking
• This experience is designed for adults but can be tailored to suit family and personal circumstances, please contact the experience provider directly
• In the event that Albury Botanical Gardens is not available to the public on the day of your booking, this would be considered out of the control of the experience provider and alternative location suggestions will be provided
• Alternative locations are available upon special request, please contact and confirm directly with the experience provider

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of two and a maximum of four participants. The number of participants on the day is subject to the experience you purchased.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Dress comfortably and wear suitable shoes for walking through a park. Bring an umbrella (as needed) and a blanket in the event that park grounds are wet.
