Only 10 people in the group with then2 guides so was a great small group experience. There is some walking into the Canyon and a tougher climb back out after being a bit fatigued so some level of fitness would be helpful for the uphill walk out. But well worth the effort. People who wear glasses should be careful, because like me, my glasses were washed away by the water when I finally untied the hook. Remember to wear a strap to fasten your glasses, or remember to tuck them into your clothes when you need to jump into the water. 2. Having swimming experience and good stamina is no joke, because you'll be swimming in wild waters.
