The Boars Head is one of the most instantly recognizable rock formations in the Blue Mountains, it also makes an awesome abseiling expedition! If you have previous abseiling experience and want a big day out then the Boars Head expedition is a breathtaking adventure!
An exciting multi pitch abseiling adventure with senior Abseiling Instructors to guide the way. We start the day with a refesher on Abseiling skills with our main Adventure on the horizon to our North. Once everyone is ready for more we move on with a short drive to the Boar's Head. From here we'll do multiple abseils to traverse behind, under and then out of this gargantuan rock formation! The 'slot' abseil is an experience you will never forget! From the base of our final abseil we will commence our Viat-Ferrata style exit - a roped scramble along some seriously interesting rock formations to get us back to the bus!
This experience runs for one full day starting from 9am to approximately 4:30pm.

Please dress for a day outside in the mountains. Bring adequate sun protection, rain protection and warm layers- The weather in the Blue Mountains is dynamic and can change quickly so be prepared! Please keep cotton clothing to a minimum - If it gets wet it will make you extremely cold! Ideal clothing is quick drying synthetics or wool.
