Let your senses lead the way during this spirit blending class at Earp Distilling Co. You'll be walked through the history of distilling and assisted with your botanical selection, before tasked to concoct a bespoke blend to take home.

Located in the port-side suburb of Carrington, Earp Distilling Co. offers quality produce for both connoisseurs and the spirit-curious. The expert team will take you through the history of distilling exploring both traditional and contemporary spirit profiles, and helps you create your very own gin, vodka or rum blend.

Using the award-winning spirits as your base, you will choose from more than 20 quality botanicals to craft a bespoke gin, vodka or rum suited to your palate. After the session, name and label your spirit to take home and show off to family and friends.

  • This experience is approximately one hour in duration
  • Please check in with the bar staff upon arrival
  • Available Friday & Saturday 2pm & 7pm
  • Available Sunday 1pm
  • Participants must be 18 years and over; photo ID may be required
  • Please advise the provider of any potentially harmful allergies prior to the class or at check-in so they can ensure your safety
  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Enjoyable afternoon at Earp Distillery learning about gin and various botanicals. You go through and taste about 30 different botanicals and then get guided on how to create the gin. Great value as we made 2 different gins. The staff were super friendly and as an added touch of hospitality they pre-booked a table for us to have a drink and a bite after the experience.
