Located in the port-side suburb of Carrington, Earp Distilling Co. offers quality produce for both connoisseurs and the spirit-curious. The expert team will take you through the history of distilling exploring both traditional and contemporary spirit profiles, and helps you create your very own gin, vodka or rum blend.
Using the award-winning spirits as your base, you will choose from more than 20 quality botanicals to craft a bespoke gin, vodka or rum suited to your palate. After the session, name and label your spirit to take home and show off to family and friends.
