Visit Flemington, home of the Melbourne Cup and the race that stops the nation. Pass by the Commonwealth Games 2006 Athletes Village and drive around the Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit.
Your sports-mad guide will provide you with history and you’ll realise why Melbourne is the sports capital of Australia. An enjoyable lunch in the Docklands precinct is also included.
All venues visited are active event sites and as such are sometimes subject to closure to non-event visitors. On these occasions we will show you as much of a venue as is possible.
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.
We require a minimum of 6 guests for this tour to proceed. Maximum group size is usually 11 guests but may be up to 24 people during peak times such as Spring Racing Carnival.
Melbourne weather can be variable - we recommend you check the weather forecast and dress appropriately including carrying sunscreen or an umbrella where necessary.
There is no dress code however we recommend you wear comfortable shoes for walking as parts of this tour take place on foot.
Please note: Rod Laver Arena is not available mid-December to Mid-February and various other dates due to events. National Sports Museum will be Aug 2019- approx Mar 2020. MCG will still be available at this time.
