BBQ and beer, it's a tried and true combo and this class aims to teach you the art of it! Led by a professional chef/bbq master, this cooking class will teach you tips and tricks to the best barbecued meat and how to match beer with each dish. And best thing is, you get to eat everything you cook.
Your class will start with a frosty beer and a welcome from the chefs who will be guiding you on your culinary adventure. These masters of brews and barbecue will help you create a tasty meal that you’ll have the confidence to recreate at home, as well as teaching you the art of beer and food matching.
Get your apron on and roll up your sleeves – this class is hands on!
Create your first dish with the help of the chefs and sit down to eat it together. This is when you’ll also get to do a beer matching tutorial. Next up is more cooking, the chefs will be giving out tips and tricks in addition to dispelling myths about barbecuing. Eat every dish and wash it down with a beer matched to the flavours of the course!
You must be 18+ years old to be served alcohol. Photo IDs may be required.

Classes usually have between 12 and 25 participants.
Participants are required to wear covered footwear.
This experience takes place at "The Hills Community Function Center" inside James Drysdale Reserve in Bunya (4055) off the "jinker track". Parking is available on site.
