Not the best!

On arrival, the person at the reception was extremely rude and standoffish. I’m not sure why, and I was quite taken aback by this. It ruined the atmosphere for the rest of the experience. The amenities were quite limited compared to other spas in the area (for a similar price too, without a voucher). The area was quite cramped overall and I was surprised there was not a hydration station, especially because of the sauna. I would not recommend this experience at all, it was very unpleasant.

Such a beautiful experience! The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The facilities are amazing, with everything you need for the perfect reset. The sauna, hot and cold pools, and even the ice bath are an awesome way to unwind and recharge. After the experience felt relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
