Over the course of an afternoon, you'll dine on delectable local fare, sample hand-crafted gins and be given a history of Bass & Flinders Distillery and what makes their gins so unique. You'll head home with your belly full, and with wonderful memories of an experience enjoyed with your loved ones.

  • Choice of Gin paddle with four handcrafted gins, tonic and ice to mix your own gins at the table
  • Tier of savory and sweet items including scones, gin infused jam and cream, lemon tartlets infused with Bass and Flinders Limoncello, mini raspberry cakes using Bass and Flinders Cerise gin and orange and chocolate cookies. Gourmet Sandwiches, charcuterier and local cheese and crackers with a selection of seasonal fruits

Come and enjoy the ambience of Bass and Flinders Distillery and a twist on the traditional high tea with this gin experience in the quiet and serene Mornington Peninsula suburb of Dromana. Overlooking a picturesque backdrop of Red Hill, this wonderful experience will see you nibble on a delectable sweet and savoury tier of locally sourced fruit and cheese, accompanied by a gin and tonic of your choice and a gin-tasting paddle featuring Bass & Flinders Distillery's renowned hand-crafted gins. Hear a brief history of Bass & Flinders as well as the gins' botanical flavours by our knowledgeable staff whilst reenergizing for the week ahead in the brilliant afternoon sunshine

Important information

  • Gin high teas are served Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 11 am and 4 pm
  • Book between 11 and 4 for an hour long experience

To sample our gins, guests must be over 18 years old

  • Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
  • Please let us know your dietaries
  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

No more than 16 participants will be able to book in for each session.

The more the merrier, however High Tea is designed per person, so please book for them to avoid disappointment on the day

Inside options available for service, otherwise enjoy our outdoor area, surrounded by the lush Red Hill scenery
