We came for one night on Boxing Day, so booked months in advance to secure with the voucher. Given most of the surrounding town was shut, it was a relief to arrive at the Novotel and be able to check in and also ask the staff to make us a coffee. The on site restaurant had two course and theee course options which we jumped on (of course one and above the voucher), and the room was perfect for a nights slumber in between the vines and wine tastings. Highly recommend the hotels it has everything you need on site!

The Barossa Valley getaway was excellent in every way. The perfect spring weather certainly made the Valley look very beautiful. The Novotel was excellent and the views from our balcony were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast. There is so much to do in the Barossa and all within easy driving distance of the Novotel.

My friends bought this as a gift and it is probably the best gift I've ever got! Our stay was nothing but perfect however i recommend going in better weather as there is so many great facilities which I missed out on due to the rain. If you want somewhere that is fancy yet casual I recommend here. All the staff were so approachable and the breakfast buffet was a hit! If you want to give someone a great gift this is a fantastic idea. In the best location too as there is so much to see and do in the Barossa.

Our short break to the Barossa was fabulous. Great food with lots of venues to select from, plus heaps of wineries and distilleries. Accommodation was very good and centrally located for all our foodie adventures.

Getting the Red Balloon gift card was lovely and booking our experience with the Barossa Novotel was so simple. We had a fabulous evening dinner, extremely comfortable sleep and a breakfast that couldn’t be faulted.
