After arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled day spa appointment, you'll need to fill in a short client consultation form. You will be offered a herbal tea or water while you comfortably relax in reception prior to your day spa treatment. Your day spa therapist will greet and lead you to your candle-lit treatment room, where you will take in the soothing essential oil scents burning just for you. Your journey has begun, now just relax and enjoy while we take care of the rest. Your therapist’s nurturing hands will smooth out the knots in your back, shoulders and neck areas with an aroma de-stress back massage. You will then succumb to a blissfully relaxing facial where you’ll be cleansed and massaged with a stress reducing pressure point face massage. This treatment will transcend even the most intensely stressed.

Please allow 75 minutes for this experience
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment
Available from 11am to 6pm

Guidelines

Once booked, appointments can only be rescheduled prior to 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Rebooking with less than 24 hours or "no shows" will result in forfeiture of voucher. Late arrivals will be subject to decreased treatment time.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The price quoted is for one person.

Dress Code

You will be provided with appropriate coverings for your treatment.

Other Info

You will be required to sign a consultation form upon arrival at the day spa. Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. The spa uses Dermalogica and other spa products.
