★★★★★ ★★★★★ Aquaduck Lyn 28 December 2023 I booked the Aquaduck for 8 family members for 3 generations plus a baby through a voucher from Red Balloon. We were severely hit by the extraordinary storm on Xmas evening. The roof to my house was damaged along with other major parts when the tornedo hit. I had to call a friend in Melbourne to get the phone number of Aquaduck to cancel for our Boxing Day booking [I had not internet] as we were not in a position to attend. I was told there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. I said the storm hit that night before and I couldn't give 24 hours notice. I am not even sure that the Aquaduck was operational that day due to the extended damage everywhere. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I was not given a credit back on the voucher I used as this was an extreme situation. Cassie Hey Lyn, thanks for your feedback. The kids loved it, especially being able to drive the 'duck truck' in the water. Would have been great if our more cautious toddler had the opportunity to try again after refusing the first time but I understand time was limited. Highly recommend this experience for tourists.
