Participants must be 18+ years old to consume alcohol. Photo ID may be required.

It is reccomended to wear covered shoes and comfortable clothing
Menu is subject to seasonal change

Cancellation

Over 7 Days (168 hours prior to the class time) Notice: No charge for rescheduling your booking.
7 Days to Within 72 hours (prior to the class time) Notice: $50 per person for rescheduling your booking. A replacement person can attend.
Within 24 hours of the day of your Session: Your ticket is forfeited, and you cannot reschedule your booking. A replacement person can attend.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances.

My husband and I attended the American smoking BBQ cooking class in the hunter valley, we arrived at the class early and were treated to an unexpected free wine tasting followed by an "entertaining" cooking class. It was alot of fun and afterwards we enjoyed a family style dinner where we enjoyed eating incredibly beautiful cooked food that we can now replicate at our own home. Thank you for an awesome class!

I bought 2x vouchers for my husband's 40th Birthday. Him and his mate attended the class on 18th November. They had an absolute ball!!! They did not stop talking about it the whole way home (40 mins) and loved every minute of it. They said the food was amazing and the chef's were top blokes! I would absolutely recommend this class (as per the feedback from my husband and his mate) :-)

Great afternoon being entertained and educated on various American bbq and smoking techniques. To top it off we sat down to a meal of smoked brisket, ribs, jalapeno popper, pulled pork sliders and dessert brownies.

Had a great afternoon with the team learning some new tips and tricks on the way. Would have liked to get more into the complexities and variables of smoking but understand this course is aimed primarily for beginners, Would be interested in a more advanced course should it be available.
