This experience is approximately one hour and 15 minutes in total duration
Flight simulator experience is one hour in duration
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time

Guidelines

Participating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
The experience provider will confirm your session time after booking, based on availability
Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by their guardian
All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

The simulator is operated by one participant at a time, with guidance provided throughout the session.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome and may sit in the simulator behind the control seats, subject to space and operational requirements.

Dress Code

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid high heels, bulky clothing and loose accessories that may interfere with the simulator controls.
