The tour guides were awesome. Plenty of fun facts about the reef, the coral, fish and area fun facts. Both were enjoyable. The lady on the phone however, was a little rude, in my opinion. But snappy and judgy. I would have had words with her if I had the chance.

Relaxing and laid back

Really informative and easy to understand facts from Natalie, knew the surroundings so well, and knew how to stay calm when a turtle popped up…unlike us excited folk! Really good experience for children as well. We had our two year old and he was mesmerised! One little difference (that isn’t bad at all) is that Red Balloon states to have enclosed shoes however, it wasn’t necessary for this experience once we phoned and checked with the tours prior to commencing :)

Attended this glass bottom boat tour yesterday, it was a beautiful day, clear skies and clear water. The guys were very friendly, kid safe and entertaining and knowledgeable. Would happily go again.
