★★★★★ ★★★★★ Recommended Great organises GBR tour with lunch Jo 15 June 2026 The cruise was very well organised, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The boat wasn’t too big so they weren’t too many people on there which had a nicer feel to it. The first reef we went to a swam with a turtle for about half an hour which was amazing and there was definitely more activity there compared to the second reef. The wind got up apparently that’s very normal and took an extra hour to get back and was very rough and choppy. Hence there were quite a few people that were not feeling very good but there are ginger tablets there for guests for seasickness. Would highly recommend. ★★★★★ ★★★★★ Recommended Perfect weather, great staff, great experience Ash 28 November 2025 We got lucky with a perfectly sunny, clear sky with no rain during or prior to the day so the water was crystal clear. The snorkelling was fantastic, with plenty of fish, corals, and starfish. We even see a reef shark, a small stingray, and a couple of massive fish (not sure of the species). The staff running the experience were very professional, friendly, and funny. One of the staff (I think her name is Amy) gave a presentation on the history of the reef, the different species we'd likely see, and the different environmental impacts that hit the reef. It's a long day, with about 2 hours out to the reef and about 2 hours back, but if you've got good company with you and are happy to enjoy the sights of the water, the mountains, and the occasional turtle popping up for a breath, it's a great day.
