Experience the ultimate thrill with this warbird flight around Newcastleâ€™s coastline and the Hunter Valley. Begin your experience with a full pre-flight mission and safety briefing session with your pilot. Next, buckle up and take to the skies as you enjoy a low level reconnaissance mission out to the coast, enjoying the picturesque scenery on the way, and maybe even spotting some whales in the water below. You will then be taken through basic aerobatics over the Hunter, including barrel rolls, loops and stall turns. On the way back, choose to enjoy some more scenic time flying over wineries or opt for advanced aerobatics like 4-point hesitation rolls, cuban 8, porteous loops, slow rolls and vertical rolls. All pilots are either currently serving or ex-military, and are fully trained in formation and aerobatic sequences. This is the perfect experience for the thrill seeker wanting to experience an incredible warbird adventure.

Before undertaking your flight you will be required to sign a disclaimer form
Flights are suitable for people aged 14 years and over
Please check suitability for flying prior to booking, if there are any medical conditions that may impact on your safety or enjoyment, including pregnancy, heart problems, medicated high blood pressure or low blood pressure, or neck or spinal injuries.
Minimum weight is 40kg and maximum weight is 110kg

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows will result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators are welcome to watch from below.

Best day ever!

Wow, this was amazing! We had a perfectly clear sunny winter's day and could see for miles, the coastline was superb and my pilot Jamie was fantastic at pointing out sights and explaining things. I was lucky enough to be on a formation flight with another aircraft and it was thrilling to look across just a few metres to see the other plane, and when we peeled off to do the aerobatics and rejoined it was almost like being in a dogfight. The aerobatics were brilliant and took my breath away - the loops & barrel rolls were fun, the stall turns were exhilarating and I loved every second and would do it again a million times! Made this 53 year old woman's day :-) PS sorry if I deafened you, Jamie!

Warbirds coastal receive & aerobatics

Jamie was great with communications right from the start, arrived a little early and he came out to meet us as soon as he landed from a previous flight. Rob was my pilot and excellent at what he does, we flew down the coast to just south of Belmont and then flew out over the water and back up to Newcastle before returning back to a spot over the forest and doing 15 minutes of full on aerobatics. Cannot praise both pilots enough and great communications throughout the flight as well

Great flight in a very manoeuvrable plane

The plane is an ex-Russian military training aircraft and very capable doing acrobatics. The scenery, especially at 500 feet high down the cost going south from Newcastle is worth seeing. A great experience and interesting to be upside down in a plane!
