An expert chocolatier, born and raised in Belgium, will teach you everything you know about your favourite sweet treat from bean to bar. Indulge your sweet tooth with a guided chocolate tasting before you pop on your apron to try your hand at tempering chocolate and turning it into truffles and mendiants. Sip on a hot chocolate or coffee to complement your treats at the end of the class or spend some time making packaging to gift them to your loved ones.

We did this class on November 21st 2020 and it was wonderful! Helene was a great teacher and gave us a very informative lesson on the origins of chocolate before giving us a tasting and teaching us how to make some great little treats. During the class she also gave us the best Belgian hot chocolate I've had in ages and at the end we got so many chocolates to take home!

Helene was amazing, so sweet, knowledgeable, and giving with her time, attention and skills. We loved everybit of it from the chocolate tasting, to tempering, to making truffles. All of that was amazing but the best bit would have to be getting to take home a box full of the chocolate you made to share (or not) with your friends and family.
