Embark on a 2.5 hour early morning tour at Adelaide Zoo before the gates open to the public. Led by an expert Tour Host, you'll see the Zoo come to life as its animals begin their day, while discovering fascinating stories about some of its most iconic residents and the conservation work protecting them.
Watch Sumatran Tigers make their morning entrance onto the habitat and Komodo Dragons start their day, then listen for the distinctive calls of siamangs and white cheeked gibbons from the viewing platform. The highlight is an exclusive orangutan viewing, where you'll enjoy coffee and cake as the orangutans explore their morning enrichment. A keeper will share insights into their behaviour, individual personalities and the vital work helping protect these remarkable animals in the wild.
