Discover Adelaide's love for quirky food on The F Factor - our walking tour centered on the foodie history of the city. Delight your taste buds with samples of unique locally made products including fritz, nuts, chocolate and frog cakes as we share the stories behind them, before grabbing an iced coffee and bakery lunch of your choice (meat pie/pasty/sausage roll etc). After this sweet-heavy tour, you'll leave with a surprise dessert and extra goodies to take home - if you can resist that long! Dare to discover these fun foods, and walk away knowing more about Adelaide than the average traveller. To receive the vegetarian option, please inform us when booking or via email. Please nominate if you'd like a spinach and feta roll, vegetarian pasty or vegan pasty so we can ensure this is reserved for you on the day. For child bookings, iced coffee will be substituted for a flavoured milk or juice unless requested otherwise on booking. This tour is recommended for children aged 10 and up.

Adelaide food walking tour with samples

The tour was great. Heard about the history of the South Australian icon business like Haighs, Balfours, Ditters and Charlesworth nuts and how they started. Also the history of the central market. Ollie the guide was knowledgable and great. Would recommend the tour. Oh and the samples were great too. So was the lunch which we did not expect.
