Excellent introduction to Sri Lankan cuisine

I found the experience at Araliya to be an excellent sample of how great Sri Lankan food is. My partner and I were looked after superbly by someone who took great pleasure in explaining each course, what we were eating and how we should eat. The atmosphere was lovely, the quality and quantity of food was excellent, and I would have no hesitation of recommending this experience to anyone interested in the subcontinent food.
