Paradise Country is open seven days a week from 10am to 3.30pm
Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet'n'Wild and Paradise Country are closed on ANZAC Day and Christmas Day
Sea World is open from 1.30pm to 5pm on ANZAC Day and closed Christmas Day

Must be used within seven consecutive days from and including your first visit
Rides and attractions are subject to change to enable maintenance
Queue lines may close earlier to allow attractions to finish in line with park closing times
Please note this pass is non transferable to another guest
This ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Children aged two and under are free of charge to enter the theme parks
Children from three years and above require a ticket
One free entry is permitted for a guest with a Companion Card who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket, please visit a ticketing counter
One discounted entry is permitted for a guest with a Carers Card who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket, please visit a ticketing counter
Glassware, sharp knives and implements may not be brought into the park
Guests with special dietary requirements, infants, babies and pre booked education groups are permitted to bring food, beverage, eskies and coolers

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience

Some rides or shows may close due to adverse weather conditions.

Dress Code

Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended. You may bring fruit and bottled water.

7days of Thrills and Slides making memories.

7 day Super pass was amazing. Rather than lining up in queues to enter you simply scan and pass through. We attended in October and the weather was spot on, and the crowds were down as not school holidays. Ride lines were short, which always makes it more enjoyable. Thankfully Miss 7, was just tall enough to ride majority of the slide and rides, which made for an even better experience. Food options at all parks were limited and nothing special, but being able to take your own food was easy enough to do. Make sure that you check your pass after the first day. We noticed that the dates is said on the Village app, actually read Wednesday to Wednesday, and when we asked an attendant they said technically you could come back for an 8th day, BONUS! Highly recommend for anyone willing to spend multiple days at the theme parks.

We used previous reviews to be prepared when we got to the first theme park. It was hot, It was school holidays and we expected long lines and were patient. We had the emails with order numnbers printed (no barcodes) the person helping us was lovely. The theme parks themselves are at times were busy long queues etc, not much shade. Kids loved it, we were happy.

Theme parks were a little disappointing

Lots of long queues although not as busy as usual. Some 3 hours wait. Waited in line for an hour just to be told ride needed maintenance.. Was told I would just need booking confirmation to enter but that wasn't true. Waited nearly 90 minutes for everything to be printed out, emailed to them then all individuals separately entered into the system, photographed then tickets printed! Very frustrating as of course kids were upset, busting for the toilet and starving! Best rides closed. Food way overpriced. Loved the dolphins, rays and seals.

Great parks, but hard using Red Ballon vouchers

The experience at the parks was great, but the process to use your Red Balloon vouchers to can access to the parks was an absolute nightmare. It legitimately took us 30-minutes in total to gain access using these vouchers.

After reading the reviews I made sure we had a printed hard copy of the booking confirmation. Because of this it was a straightforward process at the SeaWorld front gate. And the attendant was lovely. Had a great time.

The Superman Ride & DC was insane!!

The thrill of travelling from 0 to 100km/h in 2 secs on the Superman Ride is one that needs to be experienced in person. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced. Highly recommend with lots to do for the kids too.

Plenty of fun at the Village Roadshow theme parks!

My family had a great time at the theme parks, plenty to do, even though we went in the off-season. Really helpful and kind staff the parks. There was a small hiccup picking up my park pass with the Red Balloon email confirmation. It could be improved by RB sending an official ticket from Village Roadshow to the user's email.
