Enjoy a romantic dinner with views of lush manicured gardens and the Jamison Valley escarpment at Darley's, the only hatted restaurant in the Blue Mountains. You will be treated to an exquisite producer-focused menu that supports local and regional suppliers, as well as uses fresh, seasonal ingredients from the kitchen garden. Feast on delicious fare including pan fried bar cod and Wagyu rib eye as you swoon over the magnificent decor that surrounds you. Handcrafted wallpaper, open ornate fireplaces and crystal chandeliers pay tribute to the homestead's historic roots.

Amazing food - beautiful venue

Felt like royalty because no welcomed into Darley’s restaurant. Service was very friendly and the food was amazing. Staff more than happy to answer questions on the different tastes we were experiencing. Same again next year..

We had a wonderful experience at Darleys. Food, wine and service was impeccable. Each course was explained as it was served. The timing between courses was spot giving us time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Top marks to the wait staff that didn't try and push any 'extras' on to us. They just made us feel welcome and spoilt.

I enjoyed a delicious dinner at Darley's on the weekend and it was a highlight of our Blue Mountains mini-break. The property and building is exquisite, the food was cooked and plated to perfection and we loved the bottle of wine we were given. I highly recommend this experience for a special occasion.
