Experience an exciting 4 hour introductory lesson into the world of kiteboarding right on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The professional instructors have had many years of experience teaching this exciting sport, so go ahead and take on a new challenge, learning in a safe and fun environment.
Discover the fun and excitement of kiteboarding with this 4 hour introductory lesson on Golden Beach in the Sunshine Coast. This lesson will get you standing and having a go amongst the waves within these first 4 hours. With a personalised approach and one on one guidance from the internationally certified instructors, you’ll be taken through the basics in the Discover program, before stepping it up nd progressing to your board riding technique. You’ll learn kite launching and relaunching, landing, power strokes and water relaunching techniques, as well as body dragging and board riding techniques. So if you are a lover of water-sports and want to give a new one a go, then this is the experience for you.
There is 1 instructor per student.
Weather conditions are an important aspect when learning a wind sport. Please contact the supplier 1 day prior to your lesson to confirm weather conditions are suitable.
Board shorts/swimmers and t-shirts, sunglasses and sunscreen are all essential.
