Entree

  • Kingfish sashimi, ginger, eschallot, Persian feta
  • Honey and oregano baked olive oil cheese, fig, beetroot cigar, danelion, spiced walnuts
  • Pork cheek crusted in quinoa and wasabi sesame, calamari, black garlic and fennel
  • Crisp zucchini flowers with goat's cheese, corn, preserved lemon, salsa verde

  • Pan fried potato gnocchi, broccolini, zucchini, corn, broad bean, tomato, cavolo nero pesto and permesan
