This seems to be the most cheaper option for Red Balloon after indicating at least 9 other destinations we could possibly end up. Need to broaden your horizons Red Balloon and spice up the destinations, Brisbane is not the only place your clients want to end up in. Otherwise the experience was delightful.

★★★★★ ★★★★★ Mystery Flight Dave 25 March 2017 The concept was great & all the flights were well organised. The hotel was the only let down. Not really up to standard. There was no early check in available which we understand can not always be an option. The room was not clean there was a stain on the sheets. We complained to the reception desk & was told this would be changed while out to dinner only to come back & find the sheet removed but not replaced leaving us with just a doona with out a cover on it. So as you can imagine this was not a pleasent nights sleep. Hotel management were very empathetic but this really spoilt the holiday package. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not great with mould on the ceiling & in the grout around the tiles not to mention an unpleasant stain on the toilet seat. I certainly would be hesitant to sending any more guests to The Watermark hotel with this package.
