★★★★★ ★★★★★ Awful Abbie Carnegie 5 September 2026 We booked a multi-night getaway at Beltree Hunter Valley expecting a peaceful and restful stay, but the cargo train line running nearby was so loud throughout the night that we got virtually no sleep. The noise was so severe that we left early this morning and cancelled the remainder of our stay—we simply could not face another night there. While the property surroundings are nice, a good night's sleep is essential.
