2 Night Stay in Tea Garden Creek Tiny House - Wangaratta

• This experience is two nights in duration
• This experience is not available Good Friday to Easter Monday

• Participants have access to the tiny house and may walk up the paddock only with prior permission from the experience provider and when no cattle are present
• The farm shed area is restricted
• Participants must keep a safe distance from livestock, must not feed animals and must not enter paddocks or yards without permission from the experience provider
• Children and pets must be supervised around the pond at all times
• Only registered participants are permitted at the property
• A maximum of 2 cats or dogs is permitted with 24 hours advance notice
• Pets must remain on a leash at all times
• Breakfast hampers, firewood, electric bike hire and special experiences must be arranged in advance with the experience provider and incur an additional cost
• Gas BBQs and outdoor fire pits cannot be used during a total fire ban
• Mobile reception varies by provider, with better coverage on the Optus and Telstra networks
• Participants are asked to clean up before checkout and to use the recycling bins provided
• Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking areas, using the ashtray provided
• Later checkouts incur an additional charge
• Stays of 5 nights or more incur an additional cleaning fee

• Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
