• This experience is two nights in duration
• Valid for weekend stays on Thursday - Friday nights, Friday - Saturday nights or Saturday - Sunday nights during off-peak periods only
• Not available during the 16-week snow season from early June until late September, Christmas/New Year, Easter and public holidays
• Check in after 3pm, check out by 10am

Big Yard Escapes will not be liable for damage to personal property, including vehicles, as a result of weather, fire, trees, cattle, wildlife, rural conditions, roads or due to any reason.

• Mobile phone reception can be intermittent depending on your service provider and where you are on the property
• Keys are in the keysafe beside the door that you can open with the code that will be sent to you before your arrival
• Big Yard Escapes is on a working farm. Natural bushland is home to animals including kangaroos, deer, snakes and spiders, and cattle graze the property. Guests must be careful of cattle and drive slowly at night when wildlife is active
• Due to the high risk of bushfires, under the rules set by the NSW Rural Fire Service, use of the fire pit is restricted between October 1 and March 31
