Your journey of connection and discovery begins with a warm welcome as you pass through the Sequoia gate and take in the impressive surroundings. Your first activity will see you immerse yourself in Mount Lofty House Cellar where you will discover some hidden gems and iconic wines from South Australia, with a beverage expert on hand to showcase the different aspects of South Australia's fabulous wine producers. You "official" welcome then takes place at sunset where you will be introduced to the stories of the region before taking in a four-course dinner at the three-chef-hatted Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant.

Day two beings with an artisan breakfast as you watch the morning light bring the Piccadilly Valley to life, followed by a 90-minute nature walk through Cleland Conservation Park where you will learn about the surrounding flora and fauna as well as the region’s history. Lunch at one of five different venues will fit in with your schedule, including th eoption to eat on your suite balcony, before you are treated to a South Australian cheese and wine masterclass with fellow guests. A dinner at one of the incredible on-site restaurants kicks off the evening portion of your second day, followed by a spot of star gazing with a Celestrom Telescope at your disposal.

Your third and final day starts with another delicious breakfast followed by a luxurious 60-minute soak in your private hot pool that will see body and mind fully rejuvenated.
