• Pets are only allowed where booked appropriately; if pets are not listed as permitted, they are not allowed anywhere on the property
• Where dogs are permitted, the following terms apply to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, landowners and wildlife
• Bring everything your dog needs, including food, bedding and waste bags
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding; additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not followed
• Dogs must be kept on a leash, maximum two metres, at all times outside the cabin
• Stay within designated areas only and do not bring your dog to other cabins
• Dogs must not be washed or cleaned inside the cabin
• Participants with pets must clean up after their dog and remove all waste from the property
• You are responsible for any injury, damage or loss caused by your dog, including to livestock or property
• Guests may be asked to leave if a dog is noisy, disruptive, aggressive or causes complaints from landowners, neighbours or other guests

• Change your booking up to 30 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 30 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• Five percent admin fee applies to all refunds
