Restrictions

Guests of the Mateo Cabin must be over the age of 18. You will receive an email with pre-arrival instructions upon booking the cabin. Additional house rules will also be provided in your field guide.

Guidelines

• Guests must be over the age of 18
• The exact location of your cabin will be provided upon booking
• Cabins are located on rural and often undeveloped areas of land that are often not occupied by the Landowner all year round
• Guests are responsible for their own safety in and around the cabin and property
• Midweek is Monday to Thursday
• Weekend is Friday to Sunday
• Subject to availability
• Pets are welcome. There is a $40 pet fee which will be charged by Unyoked directly
• Please note: All cabins have a minimum of 2-night stay on weekends.

Cancellation

• For early departures prior to your Departure Date, there will be no refund, voucher or rebooking - partial or otherwise.
• For changes made at least 30 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee and guests can choose to either reschedule or receive a gift voucher for the full amount.
• For changes made 29-15 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
• For cancellations made within 15 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund, voucher or rebooking - partial or otherwise.

This experience is for two people.

Weather

The cabin is a great place to be during the warmer and cooler months and even when it rains! During wet or poor weather, guests may be notified of a weather warning. In the event you are notified of a weather warning, there will be a place to park your vehicle/s in any alternative nominated wet weather zones.

Dress Code

Please ensure you have sensible footwear for the hike to the cabin.

This experience is located in Rylstone, NSW. The Mateo cabin sits on the traditional land of the Wiradjuri People. It is approximately three hours' drive from Sydney. Please note there is a 300-metre hike from the car park to the cabin.
