  • Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural area
  • Mobile reception is good for Optus and Telstra, while the rest are poor
  • Please clean up after yourself before checking out as a courtesy to others
  • Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas; please clean up after your pet
  • BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are unavailable during a total fire ban
  • Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the property, please use ashtray provided
  • Please close the windows and lock the doors when leaving
  • Please turn off the lights, air conditioning and electronics when leaving
  • Please be advised that there is livestock and farm noise on the property
  • Keep a safe distance from farm animals as they are easily agitated
  • Please enter animal paddocks or yard only with host permission
  • Please do not to feed the farm animals as they follow specific diets for their health
  • Longer stays or late check outs incur an additional charge
  • A minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of five nights or more
  • Rent an e bike for $40 per person with a $50 deposit, payable to the land host upon pick up
  • Firewood $25 for 5kg, includes kindling, lighter, matches and marshmallows
  • Breakfast hampers available for an extra cost of $30 each per person
  • Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted
  • Weekday vouchers valid for stays Sunday to Thursday nights.
  • Weekend vouchers valid for stays Friday and Saturday nights

Cancellation

  • Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
